1. How long have you been lifting?
I have been lifting for 2 years!
2. Why do you lift?I wanted to start focusing my energy towards becoming strong, not skinny.
3. How does lifting influence other areas of your life, outside the gym?I feel like a strong and confident badass! I also eat to fuel my body and workouts now, rather than deprive myself of food.
4. What are some of your other hobbies or passions besides lifting?I loved spending time outside in the Florida sunshine, swimming in the pool, going to the beach, house projects, and hanging with my husband and fur babies.
